I ordered and received my order from your company. Beautiful earrings for my granddaughters for Christmas, thank you so much, theyre beautiful!!! I placed another order for a necklace the other day and after paying I had a confirmation from a different company from China!!!!! I looked up their company and found that its a scam after paying! Can you help me, PLEASE! The reason for this review is that I have tried to call the customer service phone number for several days now with no answer

A necklace I bought in gold plate that reads Mom for my daughter for Mother's Day in May has turned silver.

User's recommendation: The jewelry does not retain its color…. Tarnishes and loses color soon after purchase!

Haven't bought any in years because what i did buy deteriotaeted over time.

quality of the product... 5 or so years ago...quality of the product just didn't hold up over time as expected.

Never received order

I placed on order on April 17th for a birthday gift. I called 4 days later to see where order was and was told it shipped. Called 2 days later and was told it would be there the next day. The next day I was told it was lost and they had to send me a new order, with new order number. My party was that night. I had to go without the gift and felt like an idiot. I was told the new order would be overnighted on Monday and I would receive on Tuesday. Tuesday - nothing came and UPS showed no record. I contacted Kendra Scott by phone and was disconnected and told to email. Worst service ever and I still have no present on April 28th.

Rusting necklace

I received a necklace from kendra scott for christmas, and it recently started turning green and rusting. when i took it off, there was a green line on my neck from where the necklace was laying. do i get a replacement?

Overpriced and TERRIBLE quality, it's cheap costume jewelry

I love the look of KS jewelry and have bought many pieces over the years. I am finally done with them due to the poor quality. The silver is not sterling and tarnishes VERY quickly, no matter what the company says. They will replace a tarnished piece for the first year (I was told one time in the store, not limited to first year), which shows they fully expect their jewelry to tarnish. I have had to exchange every single piece I have purchased. They offer a few sterling pieces now, but they are extremely over priced, as are their other pieces that are basically costume jewelry. I guess it is the high-end image that Kendra Scott has, partially because of very nice looking stores that gets people to pay ridiculous prices for very low quality. Although lately I have talked to lots of other ex-customers who feel the same wayAt least Pandora and Silpada merchandise is sterling silver.

User's recommendation: Do not Purchase unless quality improves!! Even at 50% off bday month.

Needed help to get an item replated

I purchased a set of filigree earrings and a necklace of the same design for my daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift 2 years ago. She loved it!!! Unfortunately, the metal was thinly plated with silver and has worn to show the copper underneath. I called "customer service" and she wanted a picture of the items and proof of purchase. While I am sure I purchased on-line because there is no store in my town, I don't know if I could locate the proof of purchase. She informed me that there was only a 1-year warranty (necklace probably wore out within one year, but my DIL did not tell me and I only noticed it recently) OR they could offer me a 15% discount on MORE of their poorly made product. Those were her only 2 options. They did not even have suggestions for where I might get the item re-plated - I know there are services that do that, but now I will have to go through the hassle of finding it myself. NO customer service whatsoever. Very embarrassed I gave such a poor quality product, very sad I spent over $100 for a gift that turned out to be worthless. Kendra Scott should be ashamed instead of getting on Shark Tank and bragging about how she built this great business. Shame, Shame, Shame.

My online order placed 12/2/2020 was dropped from your system after I completed my credit card info. 4 items ordered during your 2 for $80 sale. Ive emailed you on 12/2 & 12/3. You sent auto response emails w/ticket #s listed above but no other contact. I just held a while via phone trying to talk w/customer service & hearing the music. NO ANSWER!!! YOU HUNG UP ON ME!!! Customer service/coupons

I placed an order at 8:15 on a Monday and used my 15% off code that I got for signing up for emails. That night at 6:03 I got an email for 30% coupon code for a future order. I am a full time working mother and never saw the email under the next day. The coupon code expired at midnight so I got 6 hours to use it. I called this am to see if they could apply the extra 15% to my already existing order and was told no. I purchased a Christmas gift for my sister and the lady I spoke with was trying to help by speaking to her supervisor but they wouldn't give the extra off. I told her I was returning the items.

Ripped Off!

on July 17,2019 I ordered @***.17 from these company (www.jewelleryvip.com) and got the runaround and lies with every contact I had with them. What they do is setup a phony websites and once they got your money kiss it goodbye! The company is from China and the people that rip you off call themselves Winter from customer service and Tom receiving. Please watch out they are good with the websites to attract people. The website I ordered from was a Kendra Scott one.
